Mentoring
Mentoring is aimed at ensuring the personal development of young adults by encouraging them to interact with experienced and successful professionals, especially in area of the career paths they may desire to pursue. Such a mentor, often from the local community, will serve as a role model to guide and encourage the youngsters to succeed. Every mentoring opportunity is strictly via the organisation and youngsters are never unduly exposed to unsupervised instruction from anyone external to the organisation. |
